Seigle’s Cabinet Center Ugly Kitchen Photo Contest Official Rules

1. OFFICIAL RULES: The following are the official rules (“Rules”) for the SEIGLE’S CABINET CENTER UGLY KITCHEN PHOTO CONTEST (“Contest”). In order to enter the Contest, you must agree to these Rules. You agree that submission of an entry form and/or participation in the Contest constitutes your agreement to these Rules.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

2. SPONSOR: The Contest is sponsored by Seigle’s Cabinet Center (“Sponsor”), a Chicagoland cabinetry distributor with its principal place of business at 1331 Davis Rd., Elgin, IL 60123.

3. ELIGIBILITY: You must be at least 18 years of age and a U.S. citizen or permanent legal resident (green card). You must live in within the Seigle’s Cabinet Center service areas, which includes Cook County, the five collar counties (Lake, DuPage, Will, Kane, McHenry), DeKalb County, and Kendall County. The Sponsor’s company employees and their immediate family members are not eligible. Immediate family includes only spouses, parents and children. Entries that are lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or altered for any reason including hardware, software, browser or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility will be ineligible.

4. ENTRY: To enter the contest, follow the directions on Sponsor’s Facebook application located at XX**Include link* (“Entry”). One entry per person. You may not submit multiple votes in the same day. Only one vote per person per day will be counted. Eligible entrants are entered upon completing and submitting the sign up form (the “Entry”) in its entirety to Sponsor’s Facebook page. Including: first name, last name, email address, photo upload, caption, city, zip code.

5. CONTEST DETAILS: The Entry submission period to the Contest begins at 9:00 A.M. Central Standard Time (“CST”) on October 1, 2013 and ends at 11:59 P.M. CST on October 22, 2013. The Voting period begins at 9:00 A.M. CST on October 23, 2013 and ends at 11:59 P.M. CST on October 30, 2013. The winners will be notified by email and will also be announced on our Facebook page at the conclusion of the contest on October 31, 2013. Date and time of winner announcement is subject to change.

6. PRIZES:
First place prize: $5,000 USD*
Second place prize: $1,000 USD*
*Retail value; Prizes must be used for purchase of products from the Sponsor and affiliated brands. Prizes are non-transferable and non-negotiable. No cash substitutions. Not valid with any other offer.

7. RIGHTS & ADDITIONAL CONTEST INFORMATION: Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and exclusive business judgment to disqualify any entry that it believes contains inappropriate, false, or fraudulent content that does not comply with these Official Rules. Obscene, provocative or otherwise questionable content will not be considered. We retain sole discretion as to what constitutes inappropriate content. Late or incomplete entries and entries not complying with all rules are subject to disqualification. Sponsor reserves the absolute right to remove any Entry for any reason including but not limited to or if Sponsor receives notification about any potential infringements or breaches of law or any other reason set forth herein. Entries must be suitable for presentation in a public forum, in the sole determination of Sponsor and its judges. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entries suspected of cheating when collecting votes, and if necessary, the right to determine a winner internally and not solely based on vote counts in order to minimize the potential impact of cheating.

Sponsor is not responsible for late or incomplete entries, for those who cannot access the Internet or if entry information is not captured correctly, or for any technical, hardware, software, Internet, virus contamination, network, human error, electronic malfunctions, or any other problems occurring during participation in the Contest or for delay, failure, or malfunction for any reason. Sponsor reserves the right to The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or modify the Contest if it is not capable of completion as planned.

By submitting an entry form and/or participating in the Contest, you represent and warrant that (i) your Entry is original and that you are the sole and exclusive owner and rights holder of the submitted Entry, or you have obtained the necessary permission to include the Entry in the Contest, and that you have the right to submit the Entry in the Contest; (ii) your Entry is an accurate and truthful depiction of your kitchen; (iii) the photo submitted with your Entry has not been retouched, altered, and/or distorted in any way; (iv) no mock-up, special camera, or other techniques or systems were used to distort or otherwise misrepresent your kitchen in the photo submitted; (v) photo submitted as part of your Entry is genuine and original, and has not been copied from others; (vi) photo submitted as part of your Entry does not violate any third party intellectual property or proprietary rights; and (vii) you are otherwise not in violation of any applicable laws, rules and/or regulations.

By submitting an Entry and participating in the Contest, you agree and hereby grant the Sponsor and its affiliates permission to use, copy, modify, publish, and/or reproduce your Entry, including but not limited to your name, likeness, and/or photo, for any purpose, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, and/or promotional purposes, without further compensation to you. You agree to provide affidavits to Sponsor upon request for the purpose of complying with legal and/or broadcaster requirements concerning the use of photos and/or testimonials in advertising.

This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. By submitting your information, you are providing information to Seigle’s Cabinet Center and not to Facebook. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects relating to the Contest.
