We recently completed a beautiful kitchen renovation in Lincolnshire, Illinois. In this project, Stacy Carsello, Designer at Seigles Cabinet Center in Mundelein helped the clients with a first floor remodel. The homeowners were striving for elegance and sophistication in a gray scale. Their impeccable taste shows in the finished product.

Key Features: Circular mullions in the bar area were key to the design. There were some tricky soffit and beam issues, but between Dura Supreme’s custom modifications and an excellent trim carpenter, those issues became design features in the ceiling detail.

After eighteen years of service, the cabinets needed to have some hinges replaced. I talked to Allyson in your Elgin facility. To best match the hinges that needed replacement, I drove out to your place in Elgin from Morton Grove. Allyson knew immediately what I needed. In my brief time, with Allyson, You had stepped into the reception room and introduced yourself. Few things surprise me, but when the President of a company takes a minute of his time to introduce himself and give thanks for previous business, I was very impressed. Fantastic service!!
Fifteen years ago we used Seigle’s to design and provide cabinets for our kitchen.  We were thrilled at the time with the quality of the service and cabinets, including the 120 or so hinges.  After over 15 years of use, some of the hinges began to fail.  When the first ones failed, I contacted Seigle’s and they immediately sent out replacements.  Just this past August I called again to say that more of the hinges were not working.  By the end of the week, I had a box with enough pieces to replace every single hinge as needed.  I believe this is an example of very unusual customer care-taking.  Thank you so much for your help.  We loved working with you when we did the kitchen and this is the second time you have helped us out.

John Hancock Unit Renovation Success Story

We recently completed a project for #5420, which was a complete renovation of a unit at the John Hancock Center in Chicago. Seigle’s supplied the cabinets in the Kitchen and Butler’s Pantry. The cabinetry was Ultracraft, which, according to Sales Consultant Gloria Jones is “a fabulous frameless line perfect for city living.” The finish was a dramatic high gloss finish called Dark Ebony II on a slab Adriatic door.

“Dear Mr. Seigle,

I am writing to express to you how very happy I am with the kitchen cabinets we recently purchased from your company.

My husband and I were planning to do some remodeling of our kitchen (except for the cabinets)….but while making plans, we decided to “consider” replacing cabinets, so we had Deanne Carpenter come to our home to measure and give an estimate.  In doing so, she gave us some great suggestions on how to re-arrange our kitchen for better use of space, etc.  We were so pleased with her vast knowledge and professionalism…she was able to incorporate our lifestyle and preferences and came up with a design that really fits our needs.

As we looked thru the catalogs to decide on the style of cabinetry, we both loved the Diamond cabinetry-Rustic Alder (in whiskey black).  I am often disappointed when I purchase a product from a catalog because when it arrives it does not look like, nor is it the quality that is described… but your cabinets are as beautiful and built as sturdy as advertised…thank you!!  Also there were a couple of cabinet doors that had large “knots” in them.  I understand your company exchanges them (actually sends new ones without returning damaged ones).  We were really pleased with the “honor-system” you have in place…that means a lot to us in this day and age. Bathroom Cabinets at Hampshire Home a Success!

Janis Denman was in the process of remodeling the second level of her home to expand the bathrooms and closets. It came time to select cabinets, and she shopped a few vendors before finding Seigles. She visited the showroom on Davis road in Elgin. “After the first visit, we knew our search was over,” said Denman.

At the initial visit, we showed Denman CAD drawings of potential options for the cabinet layout and finishes. Denman showed us what she liked in the showroom, so we were able to easily put together a package that included everything she wanted. “Another cabinet vendor had assured me I was getting rock bottom prices. The Seigles quote beat their price by far,” said Denman. “And I liked the cabinets even better.”

The cabinets were delivered and installed in early December. “We couldn’t be happier with the entire process. Tracey Paulson, sales and design consultant, was available to answer all of my questions, help me find the best product for my needs, and everything was even delivered ahead of schedule,” said Denman. “I would recommend Seigle’s to anyone in the market for cabinets.”
